A Collective Agreement Draft to ASUE Employees

University collective agreement draft  developed as  a result of collective negotiations in accordance with RA legislation is presented to University employees’ discussion, which will be further submitted to the discussion of the meeting of the workers (conference).

Gayane Torozyan, Head of  Juridical Division, has  submitted  the  information and stated  that  the collective  agreement is a voluntary agreement signed in writing  form between the employer (employer's representative) and employees' representatives, which regulates working relationships between employees and employers.
