Employees of ASUE “AMBERD” Research Center Attended International Conference

On October 10-11, the  Public Administration Academy of the  Republic of Armenia hosted an international conference on “Modern Issues of Administration”, which  was  attended  by Sofya  Ohanyan,Associate Professor of the Chair of Philosophy and Armenian History, PhD in Philosophy,  Senior Researcher of "Public Policy and Security Research" Program of "AMBERD" Research Center and  Gayane Tovmasyan, Researcher of "Economic Research" Program of "AMBERD" Research Center,  PhD in Economics, lecturer  at the PAARA.

The purpose of the conference was to discuss issues of modern administration and to find out ways to solve them, to offer outcomes of scientific researches, to disclose modern challenges within the transforming society and to find out ways to solve them, as well as to draft modern issues of psychology of governance. Scholars from Russia, Georgia  and  Belarus took part in it.

Sessions were  conducted  in “Modern Issues of Psychology of Governance”, “South Caucasus: Regional Security and Cooperation Issues”, “Management of Science” sections.

Sofya Ohanyan presented an article  on “The Personal-psychological Peculiarities of the Businessman”.

Gayane Tovmasyan reported  on “The Role of the Leader in Managerial Decision-making and Implementation Process”.

The collection of conference materials has already been published and the articles of our authors have been published. We congratulate our  colleagues and wish them fruitful scientific activity.
