ASUE TOOK PART IN THE SECOND CONFERENCE OF COPARTNERS: THE HEADING IS “QUALITY ASSURANCE IN THE SYSTEM OF THE RA PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION”

October  8-15  is  announced  “Education Quality  Week”  in  Armenia, in the  framework  of   which the  second  conference  of copartners (“Quality  Assurance  in the  System  of the  RA  Professional  Education”)  took  place  in Yerevan State Medical University  after  M. Heratsi  on  October  8  and 9.  Armenian State  University  of  Economics    took  part in the  latter  on behalf of the Rector, Doctor  of  Economics,  Professor  Koryun Atoyan.

Workers  of  Quality  Assurance  Division  at  ASUE  Meri  Dallaqyan  and  Gayane  Merdinyan were  taking  part  in the  Conference  as  the  responsibles  of  quality,  and  Nerses  Gevorgyan,  the   Chairman  of   UNESCO Chair on Education Management   at  ASUE,  the Head  of  Quality  Assurance  Division  at  ASUE,  was  acting  as  an  expert  of  National Center for Professional Education Quality Assurance.

Quality  Assurance  Division  informed  ASUE  Media  and  Public Relations  Division  that  the  participation of  our  University  in  a  two-day-conference  had an educational  tone  for  our  participants  and  contained  an  opportunity  to  share experiences and clarifications.

Foreign  specialists  and   Armenian  collegues  who  have  some  experience presented  the  following  problems:  formation  and integration of  internal  assurance  system of  quality, the  cooperation  of  employer-education institute  in the framework  of  quality  assurance, the  students’  role  in the  process  of  quality  assurance, the  mechanisms of  internal  quality  assurance,  the  approaches  of  ANQA  of   accreditation process.

“This  is  a  training  for  us,  which  will promote  the  effective implementation  of  the  University’s  self analysis,  namely,  we  will  use  our  knowledge  and experience  to  improve  the quality  assurance  process  in  our  University” assured    ASUE   Quality  Assurance  Division.
