THE PRESIDENT OF OUR UNIVERSITY’S COUNCIL, RA NA PRESIDENT HOVIK ABRAHAMYAN WAS AWARDED MESROP MASHTOTS MEDAL IN STEPANAKERT
Dear ASUE members, we are glad to inform that the President of ASUE Council, RA NA President Hovik Abrahamyan was awarded Mesrop Mashtots medal in Stepanakert.
The official website of the RA NA informs that on September 1 the RA Delegation led by the RA NA President Hovik Abrahamyan arrived in Stepanakert to take part in the festive events dedicated to the 21st anniversary of Declaration of Independence of theRepublic ofNagorno Karabakh.
On the same day a solemn awarding ceremony was held in the NKR President’s residence. By the decree of the NKR President Bako Sahakyan the RA NA President Hovik Abrahamyan was awarded Mesrop Mashtots Medal for the services rendered to theRepublicofArtsakh. Congratulating those present and thanking for deserving the NKR high award, the Head of the Armenian Parliament has noted that in his capacity as President of the National Assembly of theRepublicofArmeniahenceforth he is also ready to direct all his efforts to the international recognition and reinforcement of theRepublicofNagorno Karabakh.
