ASUE COUNCIL SESSION TOOK PLACE (PHOTOS)

 The  council  session, headed  by Hovik Abrahamyan, the President of the RA NA, the  President  of ASUE Council,  took place  in Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE) today.

The  election of the Directors of  ASUE Gyumri  and  Yeghegnadzor  Branches,  some  changes  in  ASUE  Statute,  some  changes  in  ASUE organizational structure  and  other  issues  were in the  agenda.

According to the first  point of the  agenda  the  members  of  ASUE Council  selected  register committee  and  elected the  nominated candidates  with the majority of votes.  Samson Davoyan,  Doctor  of Economics, Professor,  was elected the  Director  of  ASUE Gyumri  Branch,  Sos  Khachikyan, Candidate  of  Economics, Associate Professor,  was elected the  Director  of  Yeghegnadzor  Branch.

The  members  of  ASUE Council  listened to and  discussed  Koryun Atoyan’s  report, concerning to two  issues  of the agenda. Koryun Atoyan  presented   the  justifications  of  the proposed changes in details,  their necessity and objectivity in the University’s life. 

 The  members  of the   Council  voted  for the project  of  changes  presented  by the  Rector.  Koryun Atoyan  underlined that  an admission for international students  would  be  organized this  year  for the  first  time  and  presented  the  necessity  of  solving some  problems thenced  from this. The  Council gave  an   approval to them also.
