ASUE MARKETING CHAIR PRESENTED DONE WORKS
The presentation of Marketing Chair's done works in 2011-2012 took place today at ASUE Conferance Hall, which was attended by Koryun Atoyan, ASUE Rector, the Vice-Rectors, the Heads of Chairs, representatives of Faculties, students. "Marketing Chair, adopting "We are changing" slogan, extanded its activities according to the reforms, has carried out projects and has reached a certain result. Today I have the honor to present them to you", said Ararat Zaqaryan, the Head of Marketing Chair, Professor, and informed that three educational manuals, education and subject programs have been published with efforts of Faculty.
Gagik Vardanyan, the Vice-Rector of Science and Internatioanl Relations, the author of "Price in Marketing Complex" educational manual, presented it. He mentioned that in this book a reflection to the role and meaning of price in marketing has been done, the factors which react on pricing decisions, methods of pricing and stratagic programs have been attached importance to. The author observed that this educational manual is important for students with economics profession, masters, postgraduates, lecturers, as well as for business world.
Ruzan Hajoyan, associate professor of Marketing Chair, presented "Marketing in tourism" educational manual authored by her and Marine Nikoghosyan, associate professor. She mentioned, that the authors, trying to reveal the problems concerning tourism Marketing, reflected the backgrounds of tourism and tourism marketing, the history, the types of tourism, the tools used in marketing, legislative basis, perspevtives of current sutuation and development.
Narek Ghukasyan, associate professor in Marketing Chair, spoke about his authored educational manual "Political marketing". The manual is about the role and meaning of marketing in policy, the history of political marketing and conceptual basis, marketing approaches to political market, the stratagies of pricing and promotion.
Armen Grigoryan, associate profesor of the Chair, presented the concepts of educational programs and subject programs of specialization modules for "Marketing" specialty (Ararat Zaqaryan, Doctor of Economics, Professor, edited the programs) for master education. He mentioned that these programs had been written taking account the best and well-known Universities' experience. Marketing, marketing researches, master education programs for marketing massaging specialty and subject programs of specialization modules with their structures, goals, problems are included. It is designed for lecturers and Masters with marketing specialty.
Ararat Zaqaryan, the Head of the Chair, mentioned that program of a"Marketing basics" course had also been published. Consructive discussion was held on arround the presented publications.
The extensive work done by Marketing Chair was evaluated high by Paruyr Qalantaryan, Vice-rector, Koryun Atoyan, the Rector, graet work had been done. "Let's your work be catching for others. We'll help and support you", announced Koryun Atoyan, ASUE Rector, summarizing the active discussion.
