AN EXHIBITION HAS BEEN OPENED IN ASUE: KORYUN ATOYAN SUGGESTED TO OPEN CLUBS FOR PAINTERS AND OTHER TELENTED STUDENTS

“I  want  to  mention  with  great  pride  that  students,  studying  in our  University,  aren’t only  clever,  but  also  telented”,  said  Edgar  Ghazaryan, the  Dean  of  Management Department, during  the  exhibition  of  Anush  Hovakimyan,  a  fourth-course-student,  specialty  Management  of  Tourism,  and  Ani  Hovhannisyan, a   fourth-course-student,   specialty  Economics  and  Management  of  Enterprises,  and  thanked  Koryun  Atoyan, ASUE  Rector,  for  supporting  this  beautiful  initiative.

Presenting  the  telented   students,  the  Dean    mentioned  that  he  had  found  them  very random: due  to  the  facebook  page  got  acquainted  with  them  and  understood  that  such  students  should  be  known  and assessed  worthily.  Edgar  Ghazaryan  informed  that  Sargis  Terzyan,  well known  painter,  Professor  of  the  Chair  of  Painting  from  the  Art  Education  Department  in  Armenian  State  Pedagogical  University,  was  also  present  at  the  exhibition  opening  ceremony.

“ The  University  is  an environment  where  only  a  good  specialist  should  be  prepared  but  the  telented  students  must  also  find  their  place. Everybody  should  be  able  to show  his  skills  here,  do  his  favorite  work”,  said  Koryun Atoyan,  welcoming  the  participants   of  ceremony  and  guests, and  suggested  the  students  to  create  different   art  clubs  according  to  preferences.  ASUE  Rector,  considering  today’s  exhibition,  suggested  to  create  a  painters’  club  with  the  participation  of  the  exhibition’s  authors.   Sargis Terzyan  responded  to  the  Rector’s  public  announcment,  expressing  his  willingness to  give  lessons  once  in  a  week  in  case  of  creation  painters  club.  He    urget  the  telented  girls  to  continue  to  compose  and  have  success  in  this  field  also.

Anush  Hovakimyan  and  Ani  Hovhannisyan,   the  young  painters,  were  so  excited  and  enthusiastic.  They  thanked  Koryun Atoyan,  ASUE   Rector,  and  Edgar  Dhazaryan,  the  Dean,  Mariana  Ghazaryan,  the  Dean’s  wife,  for  giving  them  such  opportunity  and  such  a  beautiful  day.

After  the  finishing  of the  opening  ceremony those  who  were  present  in  the exhibition  got  acquainted  with  the  works  of  future  economists,  which  were  mainly  portraits  and  caricatures.

So,  during  a  whole  month  students’  favorite  and  well-known  people  will  smile  to  them from  the   walls  of  Management  Department  foyer:  Mher  Mkrtchyan,  Armen  Jigarkhanyan,  Adriano  Chelentano,  Alessandro  Safina,  Merlin  Monro,  Charlez  Aznavour,  Dean  Edgar  Ghazaryan,  lecturers  Hayser  Gasparyan,  Vardan  Vlasyan  and  others.  We want  to  mention  that  the  exhibition  has  been  opened  within  women’s  month.
