7 matches, 7 wins. ASUE futsal team is the absolute champion of Futsal Business League A tournament

On February 17, at the Dynamo stadium, Futsal Business League A tournament final match took place and the strongest teams of ASUE and Homenman Ararat struggled for the champion's cup. With the score 3:2 our university team has become the absolute champion of the tournament. ASUE team won in all the 7 games of the tournament that started in December.

According to FBL A tournament norms, ASUE team gets the right to take free of charge participation in the Armenian Futsal Championship. The head of the Physical Training, Emergency Situations and Civil Defense Chair Hovhannes Gabrielyan told us that we had a tense fight, our boys have sent 2 goals to the opponent's gate within the last 2 minutes. In general, our boys performed excellently in the tournament. Especially noteworthy players were Ara Baghdadyan, Martin Alexanyan, Vahan Sargsyan, who scored 21 goals in the entire tournament and was named the "Best Scorer". By the way, I would like to express special gratitude to ASUE leadership for the constant support of the futsal team, as well as our chair and students for encouraging our boys with their presence.
