Scientific Board’s Session was Held
Today, regular session of ASUE Scientific Board was held headed by Koryun Atoyan, ASUE Rector, Professor, Scientific Board Chairman.
Mihrdat Harutyunyan, Vice Rector on Educational-organizational Matters, reported on exam results of the 1st semester for the 2016-2017 academic year presenting performance results and current issues in details. Scientific Board registered and appreciated the work done, recommending the Rectorate Board, Heads of Departments and Chairs to carry out improving activities.
SSS Chairman Harutyun Arzumanyan presented SSS report, noting that the 1st stage of SSS 37th session was held in 2016, the second one is planned to conduct in April, 2017.
Scientific Board appreciated SSS activities and recommended to activate participation in order to improve the quality. Rector Koryun Atoyan stressed that he wasn’t satisfied with SSS work done and it’s important that Science and PhD Division must contribute to its activity.
Paruir Kalantaryan, Vice Rector on Educational-Methodological Matters, presented a number of regulations and procedures to Scientific Board’s discussion, a part of them was approved, another part was decided to further review.
Scientific Board approved thesis topics and ensured handbooks for publication.
Scientific Board approved the international editorial board of “Messenger of ASUE”.
