Strengthening Practical Knowledge: Open Class by an Invited Specialist
The series of open classes at the Department of Finance initiated by Associate Professor Norayr Safaryan is going on.
Along with the study of relevant topics, lessons are conducted by professionals invited from different financial institutions.
Today, Case Investigator of Financial System Mediator Ashot Ghochikyan was invited to conduct open class for the 3rd and 4th year students.
The specialist presented the mission and functions of the Office, procedures for applying for dispute resolution.
Note, that the Office is an establishment with independent management system. The Office is funded by financial institutions (banks, credit organizations, insurance companies, pawnshops, etc.) licensed by the Central Bank through regular mandatory fees, as prescribed by law. The Office of Financial System Mediator is a team of knowledgeable and professional specialists. It is called to resolve disputes between the individuals and financial institutions. The dispute resolution is free of charge and without delay.
The lesson was an interactive one, the speaker answered the students’ questions during his speech and presentation.
