Training for Students at ANQA
The training for students was held within the framework of TEMPUS ESPAQ (Enhancing Students Participation in Quality Assurance in Armenian HE) project at the National Centre for Professional Education Quality Assurance Foundation (ANQA) on September 13-15, which was attended by students of the Universities (including ASUE), which are part of the project.
The training was implemented by the representatives of the Students Partnerships in Quality Scotland (sparqs), the European Students’ Union (ESU) and the National Centre for Professional Education Quality Assurance Foundation (ANQA).
The aim of the three-day training was to prepare the participants of the project to the study visits to the European Universities. During the training, the students were introduced to the principles and the aims of the institutional and program accreditation as well as to the Standards and guidelines for quality assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG). The students were also introduced to the ANQA activities, to the Armenian experience in accreditation procedures and the involvement of the students in them.
Within the framework of the training simulation (role-playing game) was conducted, during which a number of documents were studied and analyzed, as well as a group of students acted as a student-expert of external evaluation, and another group as representative of the University.
