Dean Atom Margaryan’s project was awarded DAAD research grant

Atom Margaryan’s project won in DAAD research grant  competition.

Recently, during a  reception in  the residence of Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany  in the  RA,  H.E. Mr. Bernhard Matthias Kiesler, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, awarded the  representative  of  our  University an invitation of DAAD President Margaret Vintermantel  and a package of grant program documents.  Head  of  DAAD office  in the  RA  and researchers,  PhDs  and MA  students  of  different  Universities also attended  the  reception.

Atom Margaryan  informed  that 27  representatives  of the  RA higher  education  sections  have  participated in research  project competition this year, 9  of  which  were awarded grant.

DAAD  grant  will  enable  the representative of our University to fulfill research project in July-August at the
University of Hohenheim, Stuttgart, Germany.

Presenting the project, Atom Margaryan highlighted, that  he had  worked  with  German partners  within the  framework of DAAD program since 1991.

Dean  Margaryan  mentioned that such projects  enable to  fullfill  not  only  joint research  projects,  but also to  create  new  basis  and  opportunities for exchange programs for  students, PhDs  and  lecturers.
