Gagik Vardanyan participated in reception dedicated to the National Day of Poland
National Day of May 3 (Święto Narodowe Trzeciego Maja) or the Constitution Day of May 3 (Święto Konstytucji 3 Maja) is celebrated in Poland every year. The First Polish Constitution is the oldest in Europe, which was adopted on May 3, 1791.
Yesterday, on May 31, the Polish embassy in the RA organized a reception and representatives of state governing bodies and education sector, diplomats and politicians were invited.
Gagik Vardanyan, Vice Rector of Science and International Relations, attended the measure.
Gagik Vardanyan mentioned that cooperation with Polish Universities comes from the deep past: the 1970s.
Congratulating the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary: H.E. Mr. Jerzy Marek Nowakowski, Mr. Vardanyan highlighted academic exchanges between the Universities of two countries and the support of the embassy.
ASUE students have left to three Universities in Poland: Warsaw, Poznan and Bialystok Universities and study there for one semester, ASUE specialists have also delivered lectures in those Universities.
The cooperation will be continued.
