Swiss University Vice-Rector Held Open Lecture

ASUE Bachelor's degree students also have the opportunity to attend the lectures delivered by highly qualified foreign lecturers visiting our university for 1-2 weeks within the framework of UMEF-ASUE joint Master’s degree program. Suggested by Khoren Mkhitaryan, Office Manager of the mentioned program, since the previous academic year the invited specialists have been covering up-to-date topics in the format of outsourcing lectures (in English), enabling students to communicate with international educational new culture, raising their motivation to learn, improving English proficiency.

Today, the Vice-Rector for International Relations of the University of UMEF David Hailston presented a report on "Organizational Behavior" for the 3rd year students of the Department of Management.

Issues regarding labor economics were touched upon during the lecture and information on how to provide maximum engagement in teamwork, commonly encountered behaviors in the team, how to manage behaviors, including emotions was submitted. The attendees expressed views on the topic of behavioral management in the collective, and discussion was held.

Hkoren Mkhitaryan notes that new specialists will hold meetings soon and students active participation is expected.
