Reforms at ASUE Financial and Economic College had nothing to do with Sergey Kharatyan

We have already posted the publication about the incident with the acting director of ASUE Financial and Economic College. Now we want to announce that Sergey Kharatyan had nothing to do with the reforms at the college. So we would like to introduce the situation.
