HR Manager of "Coca-Cola HBC Armenia" Held a Lecture for ASUE Master’s Degree Students

Yesterday, on April 20, another meeting with the participation of the representative of our partner organization was held within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation signed between ASUE and "Coca-Cola HBC Armenia". The company's HR Manager Anna Barseghyan lectured on "Employee Involvement: Components and Study". Master’s degree students of ASUE human resources management, business administration specialties attended the lecture.

Anna Barseghyan clarified the peculiarities of human resource management in large companies, structures, enriched the message with practical examples.

"Employee involvement is the strength of their mental and emotional connection to the work, the team and organization"; the speaker noted and highlighted the need to work with high motivation. In addition to practical knowledge, the lecture had a message: love the work and do it with enthusiasm.

Tetevik Vardanyan, Head of ASUE Career Center, noted that such meetings, which strengthen the professional knowledge of students, are continuous, and the cooperation with "Coca-Cola HBC Armenia" is effective.
