The Information Webinar of "Jean Monnet" Was Held

Today, ASUE International Relations Division conducted an information webinar on "Jean Monnet" activities.

Chief Specialist Arpine Jraghatspanyan, introduced the purpose of these activities to the academic staff, which is to promote teaching and research in the field of EU studies, touched upon the main types and the application procedure. Then, Assistant Professor at the Chair of International Economic Relations, PhD in Economics Albert Hayrapetyan presented his experience in the 2 "Jean Monnet" programs currently being implemented at ASUE (EU-PPP and EUCON), as well as he urged his colleagues to use the opportunities provided by "Erasmus +" program.

It should be noted that this year 3 of the "Jean Monnet" activities are active: Jean Monnet module, Jean Monnet chair and Jean Monnet center of excellence, with funding of 30,000, 50,000 and 100,000 euros, respectively. International Relations Division informs that ASUE lecturers can start getting involved in Jean Monnet activities by applying to the Jean Monnet module. It is a course or curriculum in the field of EU studies that must be taught by one or more lecturers over a period of 3 years (at least 40 hours per year).
