One-and-a-half-year New Master’s Degree Programs. Trainings will be Conducted in the Evening

Since new academic year new Master’s degree programs - “Business Administration” and “Public Administration”, will be introduced at Armenian State University of Economics.

The agenda item of today’s Rectorate Board session was reported by Manuk Movsisyan, Dean of the Faculty of Management, noting that ASUE Chair of Management has applied to Ministry of Education and Science and received the licensee to fulfill two new Master's degree programs.

"We have done a long and serious job towards fulfilling these programs, we have benchmarking, we have reviewed the staffing capabilities, and as an outcome we can state that we will have high quality and international level of Master's degree programs, involving the best professionals and focusing on the application component. We look forward to ensure the same quality for all specialties since 2020”; Ruben Hayrapetyan, ASUE acting Rector, Doctor of Sciences, Professor, stated.

As a result of discussions it was decided to set the tuition fee of 680 thousand drams for these Master's degree programs. The duration of the educational program is one and a half years, so the second year's tuition fee will be of 340 thousand drams. Trainings will be conducted in the evening.

“Efficient implementation of these programs will enable us to introduce the same quality Master's degree programs in other specialties at our University. This is also a good opportunity for the students, as they will be able to get a Master's degree in one and a half year”; the University Head highlighted.
