New victories of ASUE athletes
These days, the attention of students being a fan of sports is drawn to the 24th Student Sports Games of RA. 1500 athletes from 25 universities throughout the republic took part in the main event of the year. 14 championships of 12 sports types and one league (futsal) will be held during the Games. ASUE athletes will also participate in all these championships.
During the event, shooting and arm wrestling championships have already been held and more than 100 students from 15 universities took part in it. ASUE student Sona Vardanyan was the winner in the girls' competition.
All winners and award winning individuals were awarded certificates and souvenirs.
"ASUE Yerevan" futsal team is in the semi-final in the high-ranking futsal group and the Armenian Cup. ASUE students and graduates are members of the team. Head of the team is Hovhannes Gabrielyan, who is the Head of ASUE Chair of Physical Education, ES and CD, and the coach is Davit Grigoryan.
