The CBA Representative Delivered a Lecture
Open lectures delivered by invited professionals from the business field have restarted. By the invitation of Vahan Babayan, Associate Professor of the Chair of Managerial Accounting and Auditing, the representatives of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, are hosted at ASUE and exchange their experience and practical knowledge.
Today, Hayk Babayan, Actuary of the Central Bank's Financial Supervision Department, PhD in Economics, delivered a lecture for the 1st year students of Master’s degree. The lecture was attended by Liana Grigoryan, Head of the Chair of Managerial Accounting and Auditing, Doctor of Sciences, Professor.
The CB employee clarified the essence of the strategic plan and the role of the risk management system in its implementation, the nature of managerial risks and their management, the essence of assessment function in the risk management system. By the example of commercial banks and insurance companies, he showed the importance of the risk department.
