Selling is a Negotiation Skill: Emil Kroyan Held a Master Class at ASUE
As the new semester has started, open lectures on modern topics are being delivered by invited specialists at ASUE.
Today, Emil Kroyan, Co-Founder and Commercial Director of Targeting and ArmAdventure companies, delivered a lecture entitled “Types and Features of Sales in the RA”.
Diana Galoyan, ASUE acting Rector, introduced the guest, noting that open lectures are intended to complement the theoretical knowledge students gain, as well as to motivate them.
“It is noteworthy that ASUE alumni, who have significant achievements, deliver open lectures. Certainly, their experience, can be encouraging for you”; the Head of the University stated.
The speaker focused on the features of emotional and rational sales in the Armenian market, organizing large and small business, the importance of sales in business, the interconnection of marketing and sales volume.
Emil Kroyan told asue.am that the key message of the master class was that selling was first of all a negotiation skill: if a business representative was able to negotiate competently, he/she would be able to sell a lot.
