Training on the effectiveness of HRM

ASUE Lifelong Education and Career Division with the chair of Labor Economics initiated a meeting for students and staff. A training on "Analysis of Key Stages of Human Resource Management (HR) Management and Provision of Effective Instruments" was held by Tigran Kirakosyan, Head of Human Resources Management Division at Freda Consulting Company. The HRM specialist presented the analysis on the formation and sustainability of competitive and high-productivity personnel, the use of up-to-date values in personnel recruitment, knowledge assessment, employee motivation, creating attractive working environments, resolving conflicts, and maintaining labor regulations. Tigran Kirakosyan made the clarification of the above mentioned topics more relevant by the relevant examples encountered during his work. The training ended with the active questions and answers.
