Head of ASUE Chair visited Krakow University of Economics in Poland

As part of the "Erasmus+" international mobility program, from May 6 to May 10, Maria Sahakyan, Head of ASUE Chair of Business Administration, visited Krakow University of Economics.

During this program, Maria Sahakyan delivered lectures at Krakow University of Economics on various topics including "HRM Challenges in Multinational Organizations Operating in RA," "Human Resource Management Features in RA IT Organizations," and "Tourism Clusters and Ecosystems."

During the five-day visit, Maria Sahakyan had meetings with colleagues from other countries, particularly from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Peru, and Slovakia. They engaged in discussions regarding the characteristics, similarities, and differences among national universities in teaching methods and student progress and performance assessment.

Additionally, agreements were reached with the representatives of the academic staff at Krakow University of Economics regarding collaborative scientific research projects and the subsequent publication of their findings in the format of scientific papers.
