Job for the Beast Students: Cooperation with IDBank
On June 19, IDBnak has conducted test among the 4th year undergraduate students checking the basic knowledge, as a results of which the best ones will be selected and will participate in the bank's training program and will then be employed.
Arsine Panosyan, Leading Specialist of the HRM of IDBank, noted that the program participants are undergraduate students of financial education in the leading Armenian universities and the goal is to replenish the bank team with young and energetic staff.
"At the beginning of this year we have conducted the same program, as a result of which 9 students, including 6 from ASUE, have been employed in different departments of the bank. The program consists of several stages, after testing students are invited to interview, and the selected participants attended one-two-month training. The experienced specialists of the Bank provide theoretical and practical knowledge, and in the end, students pass the exam and again the best ones are selected and are being employed”; the HRM specialist stated.
