Open Lecture on Career Opportunities in EU Institutions

Since this semester, Master’s degree students of the Faculty of Regulation of Economy and International Economic Rеlations study European Studies within the frames of the module of the EU Jean Monnet program.

In order to diversify the course, trainings are held not only by Professor at the Chair of International Economic Relations Zoya Tadevosyan, acting Rector, Professor at the same Chair Diana Galoyan and Assistant Professor, PhD in Economics Albert Hayrapetyan, as well as invited specialists dealing with the EU activity.

European College alumnus Ani Papyan, who has worked as an assistant in the European Parliament, delivered an open lecture on “Career Opportunities in EU Institutions” within the frames of "EU Institutions and Decision Making Mechanisms" (Jean Monnet module).

The young European expert presented how can non-EU citizens be involved in the EU institutions, which programs are the best paths to EU institutions, what capacity is required and so on. Both career and training opportunities were discussed, Ani Papyan provided friendly advice to those interested in European Studies and those wishing to pursue a professional career in Europe.
