Scientists from ASUE participated in the activities of associations of CIS universities
From June 3-7, 2024, Associate Professor Grigor Nazaryan, Dean of the Faculty of Economic Regulation and International Economic Relations at ASUE, and Professor Davit Hakhverdyan, Director of ASUE "Amberd" Research Center, were delegated to Saint Petersburg, Russia. They participated in the activities of associations of CIS universities focusing on sustainable economic development.
During the working consultations, discussions revolved around the necessity to enhance the association's activities, including proposals for launching a joint journal and producing a periodic collective monograph. As part of their visit, representatives from ASUE also engaged in the proceedings of the Eurasian International Economic Forum, a longstanding event held in St. Petersburg. Specifically, they participated in a panel discussion entitled "Low Carbon Economy as a Driver for the Development of Russia, China, and Eurasian Countries." During this session, Davit Hakhverdyan delivered a speech on "The Green Economy of EAEU Countries," addressing topical issues and topics.
During the visit, concrete agreements were reached regarding the implementation of new practical initiatives within the association.
