ASUE girls basketball team is the third

In the framework of the 19th RA Students’ Sport Games on April 3-7 the girls' basketball championship was held at YSU. As a result, the ASUE team was the 3rd, YSU was the 2nd and the team of the Armenian-Russian University took the 1st place. The team Coach, Associate Professor of the Chair of Physical Training, Emergency Situations and Civil Defense Elionora Grigoryan told us that the girls were in good shape and maybe they could be better, but this result was also satisfactory in the fight with worthy and strong opponents.
The awarding ceremony was on April 7, the awards were handed by the General Secretary of the RA Student Sport Federation, Head of the Chair of Physical Training, Emergency Situations and Civil Defense Hovhannes Gabrielyan and the former lecturer at YSU Physical Training and Sport Chair Henrik Tumanyan,.
Our girls were awarded medals, diplomas and one more trophy of 19th RA Students’ Sport Games.
