Fifty-six staff members from ASUE academic and administrative teams were awarded with training certificates on the completion of their training on teaching methodology, English, and MS Excel. the Department of Sociology also attended training on philosophy, political science, and law.
Rector Armen Grigoryan welcomed the participants and emphasized the importance of continuous learning for the university’s staff. “When someone decides they no longer want to acquire new knowledge or skills, that’s when they stop learning. He highlighted the need for ongoing feedback and open discussions, inviting his colleagues to share their thoughts.
The training participants emphasized the valuable knowledge they gained, particularly in using artificial intelligence tools and innovative teaching methods. They also noted that the modern, well-equipped classrooms provided excellent opportunities to implement these new approaches effectively.
The event concluded with the rector thanking ASUE staff for their hard work and commitment, presenting certificates of appreciation to the trainers. Certificates were then awarded to the participants, and Grisha Amirkhanyan, head of the Continuing Education Division, announced that more training sessions would be organized, with further details to be shared soon.
