ASUE Student Hayk Arshakyan Fell Like a Hero in the War: Eternal Glory
We are deeply saddened to announce that ASUE student Hayk Arshakyan fell like a hero in the Artsakh-Azerbaijani war. He studied at ASUE Faculty of Management. Our hero student fell on the battlefield, showing an unspeakable example of courage and bravery. He died while helping his wounded friends.
Armen Grigoryan, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, acting the Rector, noted that Hayk Arshakyan was the third generation of ASUE members. Hayk Ashakyan is the grandson of Albert Arshakyan, a well-remembered professor, long-term Head of Chair, the son of ASUE College Deputy Director Aram Arshakyan, as well as "Hayk of the Student Council". He was martyred while helping to get his wounded friends out ..."; Armen Grigoryan emphasized.
Manuk Movsisyan, Dean of the Faculty of Management, noted that Hayk was a really kind and bright student, loved and respected by both students and professors.
Hayk's friend Vlad Vardanyan, a member of the Student Council, mentioned that Hayk was a young man endowed with a great sense of humor and artistry, many ASUE members will remember him from student events, KVN speeches. "We remember him stylish dressed, with a warm smile on his face, he liked to drink Coca-Cola, he always had it in his hand. He was conscripted to army this winter, and moved to Hadrut in July. Hayk fell while taking his wounded friends out of the battlefield with his commander ... It is unbelievable and unspeakable pain ...", Vlad noted.
