Business efficiency increase by the use of IT: ASUE master students will join this sphere

Today, on January 31, the final attestation process of master's educational degree programs of one and a half years was conducted at ASUE.

We will illustrate master theses defenses, focusing on the ”Information Technology in Business” degree program, and 11 graduates have successfully defended their graduate theses and will soon receive their Master of Management qualification.

Armen Ghazaryan, head of the educational program, Head of the Chair of Computer Science and Information Systems, pointed out that the goal of the program is to educate specialists in the implementation, maintenance and operation of information technology in business.

"Information Technology in Business" master's degree program emphasizes the increase of business efficiency via the use of information technology," says Armen Ghazaryan.

Currently, almost fifty percent of students, and almost all graduates of the current year, work as business development managers, quality assurance, digital marketing, IT project management, CRM, SEO, HRM and SMM specialists in IT sector organizations (Fnet, SoftConstruct, Targeting Agency, DataArt, ARLOOPA), as well as hold responsible positions in banks and companies.

"Project-based study is used during the disciplines taught, which allows us to evaluate the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice, their ability to work in teams, and the capability to be involved in the full stages of product development" - says Armen Ghazaryan.
