New cooperation: Change Lab and UpGrade have launched a series of training courses
ASUE Change Lab and UpGrade Company have started a series of mutual courses on “Which graphic design?” the aim of which is to transfer knowledge and skills to ASUE students on the content of graphic design, its processes and outcomes.
The launch of the course was welcomed by ASUE Rector Diana Galoyan on April 11, at the Change Lab. The rector, attaching importance to non-formal education and its opportunities to enter the market, enrich knowledge and develop skills, highlighted that students themselves can offer the training courses they need and would like to participate in. “ASUE and Change Lab are open to suggestions and cooperation and are ready to make offers according to demands” – Diana Galoyan said.
Director of Change Lab Artak Aslanyan informed that the course will enable young people to get acquainted with toolset of graphic design that marketers, managers and supervisors can use in their work processes. “The course will transfer general knowledge on graphic design as well to manage the teams already formed. We will therefore transfer knowledge to our students on how to manage graphic design teams” – Artak Aslanyan pointed out.
60 applicants were chosen from 114 students that applied for the training. Letters of motivation of these successful applicants really interested the “Change team”.
Coordinator of UpGrade program Satenik Asilyan highlighted that the aim of the program is to exchange not only knowledge and experience but also provide them with jobs. “Participants of the training wishing to get internship can rely on our assistance. UpGrade will organize their internship and will assist as much as possible”.
One of the leading specialists of the sector Nuara Margaryan will transfer knowledge, experience and skills to ASUE students during the two-month training “Which graphic design?”
