Mary Badalyan’s Monograph on HRM Issues was Published

Mary Badalyan’s monograph on “HRM Peculiarities and Non-Material Motivation Issues in Higher Education Institutions” has been published by ASUE Scientific Board’s recommendation and by Koryun Atoyan’s professional edition.

The author noted,  that the monograph covers the methodological principles of HRM in higher education institutions, the peculiarities of work efficiency assessment, the international experience in this sphere, as well as the legislative bases operating in higher education institutions of the RA.

The publication is intended for students, Faculty, administrative staff of the Economic Universities and specialists dealing with economics.
