Development Issues of Innovative System were Discussed at the 2nd Roundtable

The 2nd roundtable discussion on development issues  and perspectives of innovative system in Armenia was  held today, which was  attended by Gagik Vardanyan, Vice Rector  of Science and International Relations, ASUE scientists, young researchers  and PhD students. Atom Margaryan, Director  of “Innovative  and Institutional Research” scientific-educational laboratory, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, coordinated  the  roundtable discussion, who briefly touched upon the activities, goals and objectives of the scientific-educational laboratory and  presented  the first report on development issues and opportunities of  innovative system in the Republic of Armenia.  Explaining the essence of the national innovation system, the Associate Professor emphasized that the system is based on the knowledge, analyzed the state of science in Armenia, raised  the problems and made suggestions. The issues touched upon in the report received a wide response and a debate was held.

The  next  reports  were  presented  by Harutyun Terzyan, senior researcher of the  above  mentioned scientific-educational laboratory, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor and Edgar Tagharyan, PhD student of the Chair of Macroeconomics.
