The second interim report of “Students (customers') satisfaction” scientific and educational group took place
ASEU conference hall today hosted the second interim report of the “Students (customers') satisfaction” scientific and educational group, which was attended by ASEU Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and External Relations Gagik Vardanyan, representatives of ASUE scientific staff and students. Note that the head of this scientific group (on public basis) is ASUE Rector, Professor, K. Atoyan.
In his opening speech, Gagik Vardanyan noted that the theme of the research group “Students (customers') satisfaction” was very modern and it directly related to their university. Then he provided the performance to the speakers.
A member of the scientific and educational group, assistant professor of Marketing chair Narek Ghukasyan stressed that university deans had shown a practical support to the conducted research surveys. The lecturers also presented preliminary results of the research done on the basis of the information received.
Another member of the scientific group post-graduate student Lusine Kirakosyan presented the greatest challenge of the research, which is to identify the requirements of ASUE domestic consumers. She also touched the issues, methods and tools of the research, and clarified the ways the survey was performed in each faculty.
The speeches were followed by questions, comments and observations.
Concluding the meeting Mr. Vardanyan, said that all the questions were important. Turning to the topic, the vice rector said that the satisfaction of each student was very important as “The university is a place where a new generation is growing up”.
