EMPLOYERS ARE INTERESTED IN SPECIALIST PREPARED AT ASUE

Both  employers  of  state agencies and  private sector are  interested  in the  specialists  prepared  at  Armenian  State  University  of Economics. Very often they are looking for their employees at this address.

A  meeting  with students  and  representatives  of  the  regular  employer: “G Soft”  company,  was  held  at  the  Department  of  Accounting  and  Audit  at  ASUE.

Diana  Mnatsakanyan,  Corporate Sales Manager,  presented  the  company’s  activity,  then  working requirements.

The newly  opened  company  needs  economists, including sales, customer service specialists, web developers, and  the  company  administration  highlights the  factor  of   having young  staff  than working experience, as  it is certain that young people are full of enthusiasm,  fresh and creative  ideas.

In the  interview  with ASUE  Media  and Public  Relations  Division  the  representatives  of  the  company  mentioned  that they  first  visited  ASUE to  replenish  their  team  with good  staff.

“Confidence towards   ASUE  students  is   great,  as  the majority of our employees are ASUE graduates or students,  who  are  distinguished  for  their analytical thinking, strong logic.  We  are  sure,  that the  knowledge acquired  at  the  University should  be  useful”; mentioned  the Corporate Sales Manager.

By  the  way, Sevak  Gevorgyan, collaborator  at  the company's customer service department, is  our student.

Note,  that  the students   provided  their  data  to  the  representative  of  the company,  the  latters  would  invite  the  selected  candidates  to  interview.

Ashot  Matevosyan,  the  Dean of  the  Department  of  Accounting  and  Audit, highlighted meetings  with  such  companies,  outlining  that  first of  all our  students  were  enable  to gain experience.  “In many cases freshmen  have problems of having no experience.  We  think  that  such  meetings   enable  our  students  to  solve this  problem.  In addition, the student must realize that a competent specialist  is always in demand.  Cooperation   with  employers  should  be  close,  it’s  desirable  that the  employer  come  to   employee”;  said  the  Dean of  the  Department.
