Seminar on “Two Sides of the Interview” at ASUE

Today, Lifelong Education and Career Division conducted a  seminar on “Two Sides  of the Interview” dedicated  to issues  of human resource management. The speaker was Varduhi Harutyunyan, Director of Banking Management School, who has long-term experience in this field and is well-aware of the problems in the field.

The seminar  aimed at assisting students in developing skills, which students need in communicating with employers, interviews and meetings, as well as promoting expansion of capabilities and capacities in looking for a job. The attendees  were  interested in the speaker's observations.

Aida  Arustamyan, Head of Lifelong  Education and Career Division, stated; “Considering the fact that today our students combine study with a job, they often need to present short biographies, to meet with the employer, to participate in the interview and to have the opportunity to replenish the theoretical knowledge with skills and experience. Such meetings are useful for our students”.
