Humanity around the world celebrates the International Mother Language Day.

Apart from being native, the one and irreplaceable, the Armenian language is also very beautiful, rich, multi-layered, flexible and has become an object of admiration for strangers.

And so, let's love, cherish and care for the Armenian language.

Let us remind, that February 21 was fixed as a holiday, as the result of the political struggle for recognizing bengali as a separate language.

UNESCO proclaimed the International Mother Language Day in 1999 to recognize the mother language rights and support usage.

RA National Assembly also proclaimed February 21 as the Mother Language Day in 2005.
