A NEW PROJECT STARTS IN ASUE: MASTERS WILL BE PREPARED FOR THE EMPLOYERS
This year Armenian State University of Economics announces Master paid Program for the 2012-2013 academic year's admission implemented with employers for the first time. This is an unique project, as for the first time specialists are prepared for special departments and according to their requirements.
Note, that this year the implementation of the program has become a real in the result of Koryun Atoyan's, ASUE Rector's, initiative to sign cooperation agreements with a number of institutions and departments. In the result of these agreements Master Programs will be implemented in our University for preparing specialists for the special institutions and departments. Particularly, ASUE has signed agreements with the RA State Revenue Committee, Union of Banks of Armenia, the RA Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the RA State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre, the RA State Property Management Department, as well as the RA Ministry of Nature Protection. The aim of these programs have been to study the requirements of the labor of work and to prepare specialists according to their requirements. The advantage of this education program is that the best Master graduates will have job in appropriate institutes. So this a very clear strategy directed to provide the students with job", said Koryun Atoyan, ASUE Rector, while speaking with ASUE Media and Public Relations Division. The Rector underlined that the subject programs, education plans had been formed with appropriate institutes, the education would also be implemented in the result of joint work. "The best lecturers of our University and experience experts of the appropriate institutes will lead lectures. Besides, our Masters will be tought foreign languages and computer skills, the students will pass the practice in the appropriate institutes". Koryun Atoyan said that the students should aquire such skills during the study to be ready to work just on the first day they had job. "This means that the students must become a prepared worker in the result of this program, have such level of readiness to work even without passing a probation", concluded Koryun Atoyan.
Paruyr Qalantaryan, ASUE Vice-Rector of Education Methodological Matters, noted, that in the result of this program the employers with Armenian State University of Economics would prepare such specialists who would be armed with professional knowledge, foreign languages, computer programs and would have job. He added that the initiative of this program is a time requirement.
ASUE Admission Committee will organize the admission for the 2012-2013 academic year. Miqayel Tavadyan, the Executive Secretary of Admission Committee, informed that admission for the following specialties would be organized: tax administration, customs administration, state revenue's analysis and forecasting, organizatyion of banking, management of collective investment systems, real estate evaluation, management of state property, environmental expertise of economic activity. Duration is two years.
The applicants should apply from the 1st of June to the 10th of August, 2012. Admission Exams are organized from the 15th to the 24th of August, the applicants should pass exams of ther appropriate professional subject, foreign language and computer skills.
