Coaching: Art of People’s Development and Upgrades. Seminar for ASUE Students
“Kaizen Mastery” People Development Services cooperating with Armenian different Universities, conducts motivating seminars for students.
Today, Arevik Hayrapetyan, co-founder of the institute, coach, conducted a seminar on “How to Create Own Path to Success” at ASUE.
ASUE Lifelong Education and Career Center organized the measure, the Head of which attended the measure also.
The speaker mentioned that “Kaizen Mastery” is guided entirely by scientific research and analyzing the outcomes of research carried out by international organizations, providing valuable consultation for individual self-development.
He called to assess the talents and graces and to deal with favorite business, to engage in a job, which inspires.
“The students are the target group who have great potential, but often can not decide how to use it and to achieve success. In addition, they get misleading information from Internet, surroundings, which hinders and our goal is to guide and to support them”; Arevik Hayrapetyan said while interviewing with ASUE Media and Public Relations Division.
Aida Arustamyan mentioned that providing non-formal education the students are enable to be familiar with some basic principles while creating the path to success, finding job.
After the meeting students asked questions and discussed a number of issues relating to the topic.
