56th issue of Amberd Series is online. Authors of the research are Armen Ktoyan (research team leader), Yelena Manukyan, Anush Shirinyan, Anna Matinyan, Mariam Harutyunyan and Tigran Ghalayan (research team members).
The Research entitled “Engineering Ecosystems and Promoting Innovation in Industry. International Experience, Legislation, Development Tendencies” is a research that studied the development trends of key characteristics of the engineering ecosystem in different regions, countries, and the study of the international experience of legal relations in certain directions of development of latest technologies. The authors identified the problems of promoting innovations in industry by the state and presented proposals for their solutions, analyzed the international experience in developing and implementing policies to promote innovation in industry, and developed proposals aimed at improving the policy of promoting the use of innovations in certain branches of the RA industry. In addition, the characteristics of the state policy for the promotion of innovation in industry for developing countries, the most widely used tools, as well as the experience of establishing and launching institutional structures for the promotion of innovation in individual countries are presented as well as methodological approach of estimation has been developed.
