Founder-Director of "ONE WAY GROUP" Lectured at ASUE

Today, the training of "Competitive Strategies" (lecturers: Assistant Professors at the Chair of Marketing Tsovinar Sargsyan, Lilit Galstyan (Ph.D. in Economics)) was enriched by a meeting with an employer. Matevos Barseghyan, the founder-director of "ONE WAY GROUP" company, was hosted at ASUE.

The speaker presented the foundation history, establishment and growth of ONE WAY TOUR travel agency (established in 2011, recognized as the best travel company in Armenia in 2019), the growth trend during those years (except 2020), touched upon the stages of the business process, representation on social online and offline platforms, failures and development of new strategies.

Matevos Barseghyan told remarkable details about his company's success story and invited students to participate in the Tourism Restart Conference 2021 to be held on May 15, where 13 well-known representatives of the tourism industry will deliver lectures. The entrance is free of charge, and students can submit their CVs.

Matevos Barseghyan advised the students to build their careers in a practical and consistent way, creatively, noting that Sergey Bakhshyan, a student of the same course (who participated in the lecture as an attendant) is now gaining experience in the company and stands out with high professional qualities.

At the end of the lecture, the speaker suggested the students to ask questions, to make proposals, and at the end the authors of the best question and the best proposal were awarded prizes (one-day tour package) by the company.

Let us recall, ASUE Rector Diana Galoyan and Founder-Director of "ONE WAY GROUP" Matevos Barseghyan signed a memorandum of cooperation on February 16, 2021.
