Ongoing Measures Aimed at Promoting Business-science Cooperation: Trilateral Agreements Were Reached

The scope of the cooperation developed with in the frames of ASUE and “Transferring V4 expertise in knowledge/technology transfer” project was expanded by another event. Still in the fall, the final event of the competition, announced within the frames of the mentioned international project, took place on the online platform, which was attended by small, medium-sized enterprises from Armenia and Georgia interested in developing a research component in their business. The aim of the competition was to promote business-research infrastructure interaction.

Thus, on February 1, 2022, trilateral agreements were reached between ASUE, Grant Thornton Consulting, CREO Project Solutions and 1st , 2nd and 3rd place participants of "Business-Research Infrastructure" competition – “Symphony of Nature”, “GebeCert” and “AIP Tech”. As a result of the cooperation, "Grant Thornton Consulting" CJSC and " CREO" LLC will provide consulting services for the above-mentioned small-medium enterprises, thus promoting the development of SMEs in Armenia, as well as the business-research infrastructure interaction.

The companies that won the competition agreed to work with foreign and local partners in different areas of cooperation.

Let’s recall, the contest has been organized by the Armenian State University of Economics and Tbilisi State University within the frames of “Transferring V4 expertise in knowledge/technology transfer” project.

The project aimed to commercialize scientific research and to promote a culture of enterprise-research infrastructure communication in Armenia and Georgia, based on the successful experience of Visegrad partner countries.
