“You work for the future of Armenia”: Ambassador of France to Armenia Anne Louyot was at ASUE

ASUE hosted the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Armenia Anne Louyot on May 13. Aim of the visit was to deepen bilateral relations and strengthening of Armenian-French cooperation in the sphere of education.

Rector of ASUE, vice-rectors, deans, heads of chairs, and heads of departments hosted Her Excellency Ambassador at ASUE.

The rector considered the visit of the high-ranked official to be great honor for the university and expressed her gratitude for that. “University of Economics attaches importance to the process of internationalization and consistently expands participation of the university in international programs being exchange or research programs. Cooperation with France is on high level as is in the case of cooperation of Brest Business School (France) with ASUE that will become even more significant with the start of master’s degree “Business Administration” in the coming academic year” – Diana Galoyan pointed out and highlighted that foreign language teaching is important at the University of Economics.

Afterwards, the rector expressed her readiness to discuss questions on joint projects that was addressed by the ambassador and they are determined to continue their works with the University of Economics and establish some new joint projects.

Her Excellency Ambassador answered the questions of the participants and before leaving, walked around the yard of the university and took photos expressing her amity.

Anne Louyot has been the ambassador of France to Armenia since September 2021.
