ASUE Board Sitting was Held with a New Composition
Today, the sitting of the Armenian State University of Economics Board was held with a new composition.
Before referring to the first issue of the agenda - the election of ASUE Board Chairman, according to the established procedure, the sitting was chaired by the senior representative of the Board, Honorary Head of ASUE Chair, Doctor of Sciences, Professor Aram Sargsyan.
Vahagn Khachatryan, Deputy Head of the Center for Economic-Political and Legal Research, was nominated for the Chairman of the Board of “Armenian State University of Economics” State Non-Commercial Organization. The Board decided and by open voting unanimously voted for the issue of electing Vahagn Khachatryan as the Chairman of ASUE Board.
Vahagn Khachatryan thanked for the trust and assured that the efforts of the Board will be directed to the development of the University.
Then ASUE Rector Diana Galoyan reported the next two issues of the agenda: "The Results of Annual Activity Report of the Armenian State University of Economics in 2020 and budget execution in 2020" and "Approving the budget of the Armenian State University of Economics in 2021”.

The 4th issue on the agenda referred to the approval of the University structure, which was reported by Rector Diana Galoyan. The Head of the University detailed the suggested changes, emphasizing that they are aimed at increasing the efficiency of the University management. The presented new structure was approved.
