ASUE Change Lab Presentation: New Platform Enabling Students to Become Change Managers
Today, presentation of the new project - ASUE "Change Lab", was held at the University of Economics attended by ASUE acting Rector Diana Galoyan, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Armen Grigoryan, Deans, members of the University Leadership, lecturers and students.
Armen Grigoryan made opening remarks. First, emphasizing that the opening of the laboratory announces the start of one of the new ASUE initiatives, and then introduces the essence of the laboratory. Armen Grigoryan mentioned that the main goal of Change Lab activities is to exchange a number of skills enabling ASUE students to work in organizations as problem managers or problem solvers.
“I am sure the Change Lab we will build a sustainable bridge between students and employers, as we are confident that we have talented and hardworking students"; the Vice Rector stated expressing hope that ASUE students will become change managers at the best organizations.
Co-founders of Change Lab Karen Sargsyan and Artak Aslanyan presented the activities of the laboratory in details. Change Lab will join the requirements and tasks of employers, then, accordingly, will exchange skills, competencies and tools, making ASUE students not only good specialists, but "problem-solvers", who are knowledgeable on a particular problem, who will be looking for alternative solutions, proactive employees.
