ASUE will host Fulbright scholar for 5 months

ASUE will host Fulbright scholar Peter Tumanoff (Maquet University, Department of Economics) during the second semester of 2015-2016 academic year. He has already arrived and today ASUE Rector Professor Koryun Atoyan hosted him at his office.

Greeting Peter Tumanoff the Rector of the University thanked him for being hosted at our university, and added that they were introduced to the professor's biography and were honored to host such a high-class specialist. Koryun Atoyan expressed hope that the coming months will be effective not only for ASUE students, but also for the teaching staff. In his turn, Mr. Tumanoff expressed his gratitude for the hospitality and noted that he was pleased to respond to the invitation.

              He emphasized that he has been in Russia before, but never in Armenia and said that he was tied up close with Armenia, as his father and grandfather were born in Yerevan. "I am glad that me and my wife have the opportunity to live and work in Yerevan for 5 months", said Mr. Tumanoff.
