The outcome was presented: ASUE was the matter of the study
The presentation of “Students’ (customer) satisfaction” scientific and educational group took place today at ASUE conference hall. The presentation was entitled “Survey on ASUE student satisfaction” and was attended by Rector Koryun Atoyan, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and External Relations Gagik Vardanyan, academic staff and students.
The supervisor of the group, ASUE Rector, Professor Koryun Atoyan stressed that the importance of the done work is conditioned by the necessity of strengthening ASUE role in RA educational service market. Particularly within the framework of the carried out research the group attempted to identify the level of the consumer satisfaction for the first time by SERVQUAL method. The group developed a questionnaire, which enabled to identify the strong and weak sides of educational services provided by ASUE.
The members of the group are the head of the Chair of Language Susanna Chalabyan, associate professor of Marketing chair Narek Ghukasyan, a post graduate student Lusine Kirakosyan, and master student Milena Musheghyan.
In his overview Narek Ghukasyan said that their study had even exceeded the expectations.
The head of the Chair of Language Susanna Chalabyan referred to the TQM concept (total quality management), explaining the essence of the system and the 6-steps to the improvement process. Lusine Kirakosyan and Milena Musheghyan presented the results of the survey: the 54% of respondents said that ASUE provides a quality education.
